The Bisinella Group is a successful industrial and residential developer with a long and proud history of supporting the local community. Relaunched with a new brand, a multi-million dollar refurbishment of the historic Pirra Homestead revitalised a Lara landmark.

OVERVIEW
An identity reimagined for a contemporary audience. Our approach respected ‘Lara’s elegant old lady’, referencing the sophistication and romantic nature of the homestead’s history.
The illustrative brand icon responded to the iconic heritage architecture of the homestead. Distilled to its essence, it provides a contemporary counterpoint to traditional font choices. Brand icons, monograms, multiple brandmark formats and a suite of brand colours provide the building blocks for a sophisticated and era appropriate execution.

CHALLENGE
The Pirra Homestead brand was required to be flexible and consistent across a range of assets and marketing communications.
A scalable brand system was created to adapt to the priorities of print, digital, wayfinding and event partner marketing. Equally effective in the smallest specification or application requiring maximum contrast.


OUTCOME
The brand is now integral to the experience of thousands of visitors each year. Community events held at Pirra Homestead include the Lara Food and Wine Festival, the Lara Fun Run/Walk and the Lara Community Carols.
